View Full Version : Blow back question...
I am getting some blow back out of the feed hole. How can I fix it? Will a new bolt help?
Thanks

ummm....I don't think a new bolt will help, probably just needs to be tuned, you can do it yourself if you have an angel tool kit or have a shop that works on angels do it for you.
When I bought it I was told it was just in for a tune up. I just had a new board put in it as well.
Any other ideas?

Dude, its a no-brainer. Buy WDP's new gated feed. Ist built just for that. It basically only lets balls go one way in the neck so the balls cannot bounce up due to air flow. Check it out, it will stop that completley. Check the link below.

I am going to get one but I just wanted to know what was causing it. I think the gated feed is the only way to go!

It is caused simply by the excess the chamber blowing up the feed tube. Dwell settings can help this, but the gated feed is a one step process to eliminate it.
More or less Dwell? It was at 16 and I just set it to 12.

Yeah, less dwell, it will cuase less lag time for gas to travel up the feed neck. How does it work now, any better?
