something wrong with my barrel tip?

When I touch the insides of my barrel tip, it is pretty rough. Like right at the very tip at both ends but on the inside. Is this how the barrel kits are? Barrels that I have used before have never felt so rough and un smooth. lmk thanks guys

mine was like that they said it was because of the anno but still bob replaced it. he is the man!

mine are smooth as well.
Try to use the warrenty if not just use a dremal with a polising wheel to make it smooth.

When we do re anno jobs at work, you will get that mark on the inside cuz its where the fingers on the rack hold the part to be annoed.
