Well.. I have a xball game on sunday and its forecasted to poor out pretty good. Games will go on as scheduled, and I am wondering if anyone has any info on how well the a1's hold up in this kind of weather?..

I am more worried about whether or not the water will damage the board, get into the breach and mess up eyes, or get into the ram assembly etc. etc.

I have played in the rain and have had no problems at all. Only time you may hav problems is if you totally immerse the A1 (which should not happen). I have payed in downpouring rain and only thing I did was tape my barrel

Plastic food wrapper over the breach or where needed.

Agreed, I've also played tournaments in rain and moist conditions..
No problems on my part, but the Invert Mini owners had some trouble,
I had to lend my A1 to an Invert-team because their guns didn't cope with the weather :D

Tape down barrel, and remember to re-chrono!
Also, it can be wise to use a barrel with a little bigger boresize, in moist conditions the differences in pressure makes water condensate inside the barrel, and could potentially give you ballbreaks...
