Softface Bolt and Reballs

This might be an awkward or irrelevant question, but here it goes.

I have 2 bolts laying around, both are or were softface bolts at one point in time. I shoot reballs probably 2-3 times a month for a cheap indoor practice with my team and I was wondering if the reballs can break down or damage the "soft face" part on the bolts?

If they act any differently than paint does to it I would Rather pull my good one out and put the bolt in the marker that no longer has the "softface"

Any additional input would be greatly appreciated.

We use reballs all year round for training and no one was had any problems.

cool, I just want to make sure that by practicing with them it doesn't de-grade the face on the bolt any faster than necessary.
