Smart parts sleek?

I am new to the angel world, and i just received my 04, speed.

I noticed that the bolt is VERY dry, and even has a few marks in it...

Would smart parts Sleek be okay to lube it?

You dont lube the bolt. the Bolt is supposed to be dry.
