Couple Questions about Joy Settings

First off, thanks for the helpful responses I have gotten so far.

I took my new A1 out for a day of paintball this weekend, and I loved it. But I would like to tweak it to the Joy settings. I had a couple questions about that.

1- What do the Joy settings improve? Efficiency, speed, kick?

2- Are the LPR and Exhaust pressures linked? For example, if the pressure coming out of the mini-reg was 270 and I set the LPR to 60, would the LPR change if I adjusted the mini-reg to 280 or 260?

Yes, the settings are meant to get the best out of the gun.

And I don't think your lpr will change.
