speed 05 breech problem

my breech wont open and i dont know why.

Your ram is most likely adjusted to far forward. Take off the backplate and back it out a little.

Or your bolt just came forward a hair when you degassed. Stick your finger down the feedneck and try pushing the bolt back.

This all assumes, of course, that you've pulled the breech release knob back (duh, but you never know).

i think it is my ram, but i cant figure out how to adjust it

Did you try pushing the bolt back? If not, try it. If that doesn't work, remove the backplate and use circlip pliers or mini-needle nose pliers to turn the ram counter-clockwise until you can open the breech. You will need to reset your ram position properly after doing this. There are instructions on this site and in the manual: www.wdp.tv/manuals

So you can't pull you breech release knob back, then? If that's the case, then your ram and bolt are both probably fine. You just need to get the breech pin open.

ya... i adjusted the ram and then i dont know what happened, but i got the pin out and its working.
