Predator V3 board

How do I adjust the dwell settings on a predator board for a g7 fly? I'm wondering 1 trigger pull = how much?

In the manual it states:

NOTE: The DWELL might need to be adjusted before you use your V3 board for the first time.
LCD, IR3 = 14ms dwell time All other Angels should start at 10ms and then tune from there.

How do I get to 10ms?

One trigger pull = 1ms. So 14 would be 14ms, 10 would be 10ms. You get the idea.

Also if you bought board new from TAG then its defaulted at 10ms. You should be good to go.
