Un1 W/ Ace Q's?

Need some help about the UN1 w/ ace board.
How to turn it on/off?
What does the top and bottom buttons do?
What the different color lights mean?
The 9v battery doesnt seem to fit in the frame, this means i have some filling to do?

I'm trying to get this marker up and running so i could start playing again.

The top button is the on/off. Hold it down to turn the gun off. Programming will depend on what chip you use. The 9 volt should fit in the frame without filing if you have the board lined up and mounted properly.
