For all you guys that have received your Speeds...what's the weight of the gun with the barrel attached, without an air system hooked up?

i have no speed .. but i would think it's technically lighter. whether it's noticable or not only the owners can say.
the smaller battery, larger air chambers etc .. should add up to less weight.

besides what jasyn said, the back looks incredibly milled down. the back by the 14way is kinda rounded like a matrix on the top. there is also NO meat left of the speeds. thast the reason they couldnt go crazy with the milling back there like on ir3s. i think its a good trade off. the rest of the body looks really trimmed down too. so if u ask me, a combo of the body style and the new internal setup will probably make it super light.

I put the SPEED side by side to the IR3. It indeed is slimmer and very much feels that way. The gun feels purposeful in your hands.

I just got my speed yesterday, without a tank and stuff its really light, compared to my 2002 lcd its a lot lighter. They are great guns and i am very impressed with how easy you can shoot strings of paint. It is a great overall gun no matter what anybody says.
