The trigger bearings in my 05 & 06 Speeds have felt grainy ever since I have owned them. Here is how to replace your Angel trigger bearings for cheap.
You need 2x5x1.5 mm bearings. That means:
2mm ID
5mm OD
1.5mm thick
I bought mine here:

They look like this: Note that one side is less open than the other. This side will be installed toward the outside of the trigger.

To get started you need a "Crown bend me over". 1 shot of Crown Royal canadian whiskey, 1 shot of amaretto, 1 shot of sweet & sour, drink on the rocks.

You can remove the bearings by tapping the entire bearing assembly out with a small hammer and socket. A 4mm socket worked well for me.

Or you can tap the pin out first. Flatten the point of a finishing nail with your small hammer and use it as a small punch if you don't have one.

And then use a brass punch to gently tap out the bearings.

If your bearings came out attached to the pin use 2 pieces of wood, your nail, and small hammer to tap the pin out.

The bearing assembly looks like this.
http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c115/superboostmonkey/paintball/trigger%20bearings/DSCF0049.jpg
It contains 2 bearings, the pin, and a brass spacer.

We need to do a couple things before reassembling with new bearings. First, mix yourself another shot:
http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c115/superboostmonkey/paintball/trigger%20bearings/DSCF0063.jpg
Then gently put one of you new bearings on the end of the pin. Put some grease on your fingertip and push it into the bearing while spinning the pin.

You have enough when the grease comes out the other side. This is just like packing wheel bearings on a car.
http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c115/superboostmonkey/paintball/trigger%20bearings/DSCF0046.jpg
Set one bearing in place.
http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c115/superboostmonkey/paintball/trigger%20bearings/DSCF0068.jpg
And use your hammer to tap it in.
http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c115/superboostmonkey/paintball/trigger%20bearings/DSCF0069.jpg
Flip the trigger over.
http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c115/superboostmonkey/paintball/trigger%20bearings/DSCF0065.jpg
Put some grease in the void, drop in the spacer, and more grease.
http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c115/superboostmonkey/paintball/trigger%20bearings/DSCF0067.jpg
Tap in the other bearing.
http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c115/superboostmonkey/paintball/trigger%20bearings/DSCF0057.jpg
And tap in the pin.
http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c115/superboostmonkey/paintball/trigger%20bearings/DSCF0055.jpg
Make sure the pin is centered on the trigger and does not rub either side of the frame.

Let's see how the 06 Speed shoots with the new bearings:

and the 05 Speed:

The triggers feel great! :D I hope you find this helpful. I would like to thank the following 3 friends for making this guide possible:
