"tab in" message with 2K1 LCD

I recently went to charge my new 2K1 LCD, but got the "tab in" message. I checked that battery connection to the board, and the gun doesn't have the tab in the first place, so it can't be either of those things. What else could cause this? I was trying to see if there was a lapse in the connection between the battery itself and the cable, but I don't know how to do that if there's no way to charge it. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Ok. I think it's most likely a bad wire, because the board was working fine the previous day.

Wait, where is the shrink wrap on the switch? Do you mean the black covering on the first couple centimeters of wire going into the switch?

Turns out a wire going into the switch was broken. Soldered it back together, and it works fine now.
