Ok, I have one of these in my Angel, and can't find any resources anywhere on how to service them. The guys at my local field are pretty useless, and have no idea either. I havn't been able to fully clean and lube my Angel since I got it about 6 months ago. Any help I could get would be awesome.

Thanks

Do you know how to take a normal valve out?

yes, of course, but this one seems to be held in by a c-clip, i can try to take a pic down the tube...

So it's out of the gun already? You need a set of C-clip pliers or fine needle nose pliers or two small allen wrenches to pop that C-clip out. Then pull the spring and valve stem out of the valve body and that's it.

no, there's no spring guuide... I'll show you...

Oh no no no, the Cobra valve is a self contained piece. That's all there is supposed to be. You'll need to take the frame off and remove the pin underneath the body that holds the whole thing in (it's the one at the base of the eye covers). Then you can gently push the valve out, remove the C-clip, and get to the stem. Sorry I thought you already had it out and couldn't figure out how to get it apart.
