Most of you on this site are experienced and are probably well aware of this issue, but me being a newbie to the Angel world had a learning experience. I purchased a new A1 from my local dealer and went out to play and after 300 balls my gun starting leaking air, a lot of air. I called my dealer and he said bring it in and he would check it out. My dealer found the O-ring in the bolt which is a non-serviceable O-ring was blown. He replaced the bolt, checked the settings/pressures, fired 100 rounds through the gun and sent me on my way (no charge).
I went home played the next weekend, guess what, same thing happened. I called the dealer and he said, bring the gun and my air bottle. I did as instructed and upon putting a gauge on the air bottle found the pressure on my new Pure Energy 88ci tank at 1100psi output. I purchased the tank off the Internet so my dealer said I could call Pure Energy direct and they would send me a new low-pressure regulator, which they did. In the mean time my dealer said he would sell me a new 68ci Crossfire LP Tank for his cost $141 so I could play right away. Once again, my dealer did not charge me for the new bolt or the work, only for the tank and cover.
I purchased a gauge from my dealer to check my other tanks and my friends and I have found 4 tanks belonging to my friends that were pushing 1000psi output, thankfully they are all running Tippmans and only have ball breaks in there Cyclone feeders as a problem. We switched tanks on their guns to tanks that were running 850psi or less and the hopper breaks went away.
My advice, check your tanks output pressure routinely, you never know when it gets dirty and starts causing problems.
