How rare is my Angel?

If you have any production numbers for any model of Angel please post them here. These will be included in an upcoming identification thread. Please don't post if your not sure of numbers. Any input from Master Techs or anyone "in the know" from APS about the non-limited runs would be greatly helpful.

Examples:

Ripper Lcd- 8 total
A4 Force Fly single colors- 150 of each color
A4 Force Fly Fades (Sprite and Grey fades)- 75 of each color

Also if you know how many of certain special colored guns there are please include these.

Example:

G7 Fly Ice Fade (Light blue/ dark blue)- 15 total

Paintball2000.de it's a german website. Google did a horrible job of translating it and everything that said "Angel" read as "fishing rod". I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say it was translating for the word "angler" instead.

I need to make some phone calls to some of these companies for the numbers. Though feel free to help me out here.

yes there were 100 dark g7's with 20 in each color. i have a dust red and black one.

I Have a European Eclipse Angel LED. It's a '99 Angel LED with the Infinity Milling, All the holes for Air Assist and Intellifeed are allready drilled & set up, the Anno came stock (and still is...) Silver Base - Baby Blue Sponge - Purple Splash, I'm told it's called Speedy Blue & I am told that my Eclipse Angel is VERY RARE, even amongst other Angel LED's and Eclipse LED Angels...

the Angel A4 in silver dust, there was only about 100 iirc, and there was about 20 made into the A4 special, they had the slayer trigger and fly feedneck and various other stuff :)

No sweat Ken, your just being honest. I'd pretty much come to the same conclusion through my research. Unfortunetly these companies were in the business of making money, if they could sell more of a gun than they said, they would, simple as that. Many if not most of these places were small shops who just didn't care about how many of them they were producing or just didn't pay any attension.

If one company had produced all of these gun it would be a feasable task to get all the production numbers, but considering they were made be different people with different motives (i.e- just wanting to make a quick dollar or wanting to further the brand with quality craftmanship) it's a huge task. Add to that most of these shops have gone out of business or have moved on to greener pastures and it becomes impossible.

Still, many of the companies did hype their guns as being of a certain limited number and many people are interested in knowing this as it gives you an idea about how rare it is. If anyone still wants to post these numbers than go for it. I think this thread may have a little life still in her, no need to put it down yet.
