Just Bought a A1!! Do I Need to Know Anything Special?

Hi, I just bought a red/black fade polished A1, with a brand new 68/4500 angel air tank with a crossfire low pressure regulator, viewloader vlocity electronic hopper & angel A1 small bore barrel kit (it is coming in around the 7th). Is there anything I need to know or is that a good enough setup to bring the full beauty of this Angel out?

PS: Sometime this month I am sending the marker to Ken Crane for some fine tuning.

Congratz!!
You sound like you know what you are doing.
1. READ THE MANUAL
2. PLAY WITH THE MARKER
3. NOTE ALL OF YOUR BOARD SETTINGS and most imprtantly
4. Go and play..My A1 has only 18189 shots on it.
5. One more thing....put a NEW BATTERY in the gun...if it was flashed with a software it killed it.

If your into tech'n your gear I highly recommend picking up the HPR/LPR gauges if you don't already have a set. If it has the 3 piece eye covers then a couple of extra detents will be good to have on hand as well, if it doesn't have the new eyecovers then ask ken to put them in while he has it, it's absolutely worth the couple of bucks to have them. From everything you listed your all set to start mowin fools. ENJOY!

Well lets see. You can get one of Bob Moon's (www.fixmyangel.com)Triggers. I got the swope one and it just screams. He also has a great snatch plate for the back. And I agree with MVS1 and get the 3piece eye cover and the gauges. Also check and make sure you are running version 2.2 . Found on the vlocity run the hopper at a low setting. And most of all ENJOY

Yeah, I picked up the snatch plate and although I love the feel of it, the finish to it is less than desired. It's mate black,coarse finish (you can see machining lines) with "unrefined" edges. It is kinda an "accepted" imperfection to meet form over function, would be nice if they had finished it with the same quality and attention to detail that the stock back plate was addressed with. I will be smoothing it out and sending it for decent anno eventually, but I had hoped for more.

Ya I am going to make sure it has the second generation parts, like the red dents and eye covers, if it doesn't have those I will make sure Ken will put those in (and the software he will update for me). So the best speed for the vlocity is low? I am right now getting a custom hand grip made, but they will change around the colors.
