I was/am bored at work so I hopped on ActionVillage (which is actually a local store to me) and they are selling the A1 with tank (68/45 lp) NEW for 750 for single colors and 800 for fades. I am really having a hard time resisting getting one...I really like the look and feel of the A1 and the rumors of the fly parts being able to be used as a drop in upgrade...
I just thought out of everywhere you guys would appreciate the find...if you haven't already stumbled on it. (which you eather have or don't care but whatever)

Get one! Sounds like they are making room for new Angel inventory. I love my 2 A1s more than my wife. :)

I've been trying to tell myself to wait until after tax season for my return...but it's getting really hard. I'm going to wait about a week and see if I still want to get it now after the impulse buying desire passes.
I've tried other guns, and held them...but the A1 has been the only one that I've found to be a really confortable fit due to shape, grip/reg placement, and balance.

My daughter is like that. She had many guns over time and we bought her a 05 speed. she loved it, I thought she loved it was pink. The next year she got 2 brand new DM6's at the start of the season. She would use them in a tournament but always went back to the speed for Practices. She played better in practice than tournaments all the time. This year we switched to an A1 and she plays consistant all the time.
The DM6's were just a bad fit for her. She she ran with them they were like an parachute behind her, slowed her down and was never comfrtable shooting them.
she now refuses to use anything but a Angel. Wait till she hears next years team shoots MArqs

thats a great price, but from anyone where other than MT's you get no free teching, except for the first 6 months from factory warente.

No need to torture yourself. Just get one already.

really if they are using he same platform how they say, I will be shooting my rage for a while and just updating as needed.
I love it I had been thinking about picking up another one anyways and had been waiting for a decent priced used one, now I can just get a new one.

Ok, I love my A1...but I'm interested to see what '08 brings to the fore.
A1's are selling at near record lows in North America.
Rumors abound about the A1 being an "entry level" WDP poroduct as an '08 FLY is in the works..............any feedback on this from out there in the Angel community?

Well, I got this odd email today from Angel Paintball Sports. Apparently, the A1 and all over angel products are going up in price.
It says...
"Order any ANGEL product before December 7th and benefit from 2006/2007 prices. 2008 prices will kick in on December 7th. Don't put off ordering your gear, do it now and save.
Remember pricing on all angel products will be going up on December 7th"

Well, I'm going to keep my A1 no matter what....but it would be nice to have a new '08 Fly as your primary marker and keep the A1 as backup...that's what I call a nearly perfect situation.
Burrrrrr...its Decenber 1 in Canada (Toronto)...it staring to get painfully cold out here!

even more perfect would be the a1 with fly internals or 2 08 fly's!!!!!
