Matt is working on some new stuff. He needs to restructure pretty much everything so changes like this might be the norm for a while. When he feels comfortable that things can be a go for the new layout, he'll put it up.

Everyone please be patient, and if you notice any bugs, start a thread in the admin section about it.

Matt might have some more to add to this later on.
