So, post your stories and such here.

I talked with Max for a while. I assumed he was going to be a cool guy, but nowhere near as cool as he was. He took time to talk with me about what Im doing in school and about some acquaintances who do similar things.

To anyone who watched the RL v. Ironmen games from the grandstands: do you guys think maybe the Ironmen should invest in some more cordial fans? I saw some people who were being just straight up rude to the coaches and (I assume) families of the RL players.

We got screwed on our field on Thursday and on Friday we got drunk and went back to our field to talk §§§§ on a couple of the refs and to coach another team from Oklahoma. One ref finally looked back and told me to be quite. Later that night we were drinking and playing beer pong, quarters, circle of death, and other drinking games in our hotel room and we went out for a smoke and the ref who stared me down was outside walking to his room and we had a little chat. He said he called a couple mistakes against our team, but there was nothing he could do to retrack it at the field without him looking more like a douche bag. So I invited him and the rest of the refs into our room and we got smashed together.

World Cup was very enjoyable this year. Even though the team I guested with SUCKED(especially for it being a Gridlock team.....)
