For those of you who have spinners (loaders that keep spinning even though your clamp is as tight as possible), I have figured out some really valuable information. It turns out that the diameter of the clamp, official name: feedneck top, (the outside of the feedneck that is the color of your gun, unless it is black) is smaller than the diameter of the feedneck (everyone's is black).

For those of you who do not like to use the "tape mod," here is your solution: You will need to sand the inside diameter of the FEEDNECK TOP, THE COLORED CLAMP ONLY (NOT FEEDNECK, the black thing) until it is slightly larger than the diameter of the feedneck. I used a dremel to grind out some of the metal and polished it afterwards to smooth it out.
This may also prevent breaking your shell because there is no longer any pressure from the feedneck top. The clamp will now evenly distribute the tightness of the clamp...and no more spinners!

P.S. can the eyes be turned off during full auto mode (software v 2.2)?

+1 on sleepy's post, did this a while back and it definitley helped....Here's something else I did that works remarkably well, painted the feedneck of my loader with Appliance Touch Up paint. You can get it at Walmart, hardware stores, etc. and it really works well. I've used it on halo shell's, pulse shells and it really makes a difference. Apply a thin coat, if you still get some slipping apply another light coat. Beauty of this stuff is that once it cures it is extremely durable and won't peel off unless you apply too much and have to force your loader on the feedneck, but can be removed if you do without too much effort.

did this to my past rage a1 and to others around me with this problem since day 1 of the A1 release, WDP over bores the feedneck base resulting in spinning hoppers and even individuals over tightening the clamp to hell thus snapping the arm/pin.

wow, I guess everyone knew about this already. Props to those who figured this out long ago. everyone's got to share the wealth when they figure out some fixes. there are still people playing with electrical tape on their hopper.
there's a fix....pass it on

Take a razor blade or knife and cut groves up and down on the feed neck. Works for me and if your a guitar player works well on your pics so you don't drop them. Just crosshatch the cuts.

Learned this from Shaun Morgan from Seether.
