Installing an LP Volley

Installing an LP Volley, i bought a older silver one (smooth) that looks to be from the 04 speed line/A4, is it simply a matter of unscrewing the front plug and putting this as its replacement or does it require shims, a filler, lube or any other special installation?

just unscrew the old one and screw in the new one.

make sure nothing falls out when you have it unscrewed

ty, does it require changing the dwell or reg settings? I know and 05 speed is different in many regards from the a4/speed line..

The right answer would be to set all pressures, then add your volumizer and radar. Obviously you can tweak the dwell and speed settings to get the most out of your marker.
