Just follow all the instructions, fill in a service ticket, and send in your board. MAKE SURE THE SERVICE TICKET NUMBER IS SOMEWHERE ON THE SHIPPING LABEL OR FMA WILL SEND BACK YOUR BOARD UNCHANGED!!!

I got my board back from FMA in about a week. Good people to work with. I have never done business with Ken Krane so I can't say anything about Performance Angel.
