Problems attaching picture to post

Is anyone having problems attaching JPEG picture to a post. It keeps trying to upload the picture and then stops and tells me that the upload has failed. My JPEG is only 680 KB in size. I've done this many times in the past without trouble. Any suggestions? Thanks

No, still not working. I'm able to upload the same pictures from my computer to my Yahoo email account. Must be something on my end, but nothing coming to mind. I'll keep trying.
