Question about Ram and opening breach?

I have a G7 Fly and my ram will not move back when I move the level on the back of the gun to extract my bolt. Does anyone know how to fix this? I actually have to put my finger in the feedneck and push the bolt back to lift open the breach. Please Help!!! Thanks

That is how the newer ram works. When not aired up, you have to physically move the bolt yourself. If the system is aired up, this does not happen. Not a big deal.
