It is my pleasure to introduce you to my new(er) backup gun:

I have given up trying to not tear apart a new gun as soon as it shows up at my door. I can’t resist temptation like that.

It’s a 05 Speed, dust black – as all Angels should be. Here she is with her sister, my 06 Speed. If you can’t tell which is which: the 05 has the blue unimount core.

Here is the mandatory video. I'm shooting reball in semi. I haven’t goldwaved it, but the bps seems about right. I considered retaking the video and trying not to look like such a huge dork, but that just wouldn’t be accurate so I left it as is. Many of you know me well enough to know better anyway.

I sold my Fly’d 04 Speed after I bought this 05. I found a good deal on the 05 and had to buy it. I LOVE the triggers on 05 and newer Angels. It doesn't have the crisp "breakaway" system that the 06 has. But I removed the small magnet from front vernier wheel and flipped the large magnet over and moved that vernier wheel to the front. So now it has a nice light front-attracting only magnetic feel that I simply love.

Very nice! It's been forever since I've played. Looks like I got some catching up to do.

Technix?! I haven't seen you post in forever! That does it, I am calling you. :)

Not now though, I'm still at work.

Yo Boost,

I would like to tear my brother's 05 speed apart. is there a thread out there that can show me how to do it? I really want to take the breach door off and clean it up some. the rest of the tear down I've done with my G7.

thanks Peace

Hey Rick,

To take the breech off your going to need a m3 extraction screw (pretty sure that size) and pull each pin out (2). Breech will be off then.
