Need soem help

I have a couple of things I need help with if someone is willing. First off I need a manual for my Angel. Yes I know they are available here on the board but I am on a MAC and for some reason I have had a great deal of trouble downloading one.
Secondly I would like to reduce the noise signiture of my marker. It seems really loud to me, even compared to other Angels. My dwell is set at 13 and I am using a 300psi tank, in case that matters. The barrel is a J&J 14" two piece. I have no idea what my low pressure reg is at ad have no way to check it.

Any help with either or both of these problems would appreciated.

The manual is in a zip format. For MAC you should be able to use Aladdin as a decompression tool.
As for the loudness, the dwell has something to do with it. Raise it a tad. Snap ring adjustment also changes the noise signature.
