I dont know how to get the high rise out. (My first angel is on the way.) But i do know that you sand the egg 2 to make it thinner because it wont fit in other wise. They length will be just fine unless you want the Egg 2 to be lower. You might be able to make it shorter by sawing off the end but im not sure.

the low rise might be tough to get out since i believe its locktited in. you have to be careful not to strip the threads also. if you dont care what happens to the old low rise you can use a vice grip but that will scratch it up a lot. Otherwise you will need a rubber locking channel grips so you can get a good grip and leverage or something similiar. Maybe wrap something around the lowrise and put a vicegrip over it. THere are probably better ways that I dont know of.

first off .. which lowrise did you purchase?
2nd ... do NOT sand down the neck of the egg2 until you have your lowrise in hand to test fitment.
