COPS and SENSI

Does anyone know the difference between COPS and SENSI? and what does SENSI stand for anyhow?

well the sensi measures the weight of the ball. Ok say u have a halo right and it feeds 22bps it reads those 22 balls and makes sure they get ut of the gun without chopping. Pretty much the halo will be key for this gun
