Hey guys, I've been playing paintball since 1996 (yea a hell of a long time). Anyways, I still like my old angel...

- low pressure regulator
- Dye Trigger Guard (tourney legal)
- Adrenaline Hi Rise Vertical Feed Adaptor
- KAPP Drop Zone III Chrome Cradle
- KAPP Angel Fury Volumizer Chamber
- Smart Parts Freak Barrel system
- Nitro Duck PBM 114ci 4500PSI Tank Adjustable output
- Odessy HALO-B Ball Feeder (Smoke) w/ TE Firmware

The main problem is that the tank is way beyond it's life (it's already been hydrotested and the tank is probably pushing 8 to 9 year mark as it hasn't seen action in 3 years), and is in serious need of a modern air system. It's been awhile since I've touched the gun (marriage, work, MBA classes at night), but I'd like to bring the air system up to date. The main issue is that my air hose is screwed directly into the tank, and modern systems now are threaded to screw directly in (like the old school CO2 tanks). I'd like to upgrade this to a screw in system to make it easy. (go easy on me, it's been awhile since I played and looking online now I see technology has changed big time) I just love how simple this setup is... (that and I doubt wifey would be happy me spending a grand on a new paintball gun that sees action twice a year tops - when my office plans an outing. :) )

Also anyone know where I can get a battery replacement? I hate the fact that it has NiCAD's in there and a NiMH would be a nice upgrade.

I saw this these, but which one is better?

All the factory batteries made for the older LED's are only the NiCad. If you were to have a Nimh made you would need to have a new charger made also to properly charge the newer battery.

really? From my engineering experience NiCAD and NiMH both charge the same way - Direct DC current until resistance hits a specified level. LiIon is a different story (it will explode unless it's a regluated charge)

Sounds like a plan, please let us know how it works out for you.

actually does the LCD charger fit the LED charger? I'd like to compare the Electrical Ratings on the back to confirm that they're the same.

Not without changing the plugs.
