Ok, so I've got a g7 fly that was used by Kenny Klamper of Rage last year up until they got their A1s. I like how it feels, and how it shoots, but the breach wobbles like a drunk and the bolt shows a lot of wear (no shock on a pro gun, honestly). Will replacing the bolt fix the breach movement? I've been thinking about doing it anyway, and if it'll fix the movement, then I'll be ording the new bolt tonight.

Thanks!

buy a new bolt, make sure you have that breech seal gasket on the rotobreech.

It wouldn't hurt to remove the breach pins and check if they are bent. If one or both are just replace them when you get the new bolt. If the breach is misaligned you will get the hopping your speaking of and it will accelerate the bolt wear.

Wow, I missed the response.

I'm ording a new bolt this weekend, besides the wear/tear on it, I shreaded the soft face and it keeps balls from getting totally into the breach and/or breaking the eyes about half the time. So that's going to get taken care of.

However, maybe I'm not smart enough, but I couldn't figure out for the life of me how to take the breach pins out to see if they were bent or not...

if you ever need another softface, the new clear A1 softface's work. I have them on all my angels.
