Hello I just purchased and Angel 1 Brown and I went to register for the warranty. I set all the serial and everything as my other markers and got the message "Thank you, Congratulations your online warranty registration has been successful" but under the list of registered products it never appears...all other appears.
To who I should write or request for help?
