hey, how important is it to have the LPR and mini reg pressures set to those settings? will it make the efficiency better? and will using a high pressure tanks on an A1 hurt the marker in any way?

Without the right pressures the gun could not work properly and would would probably end up with bolt stick, high differences in FPS on each shot, etc.
You can use a HP tank however it can cause some problems, some guns won't shoot under 300 and it will wear parts faster in the reg.
Just trade your hp tank for lp one or buy a cp reg adapter and a reg and don't worry about it. And you could always put up some cash and buy a new/used lp tank.
LPR and Mini-reg pressures are very important. Tuning your A1 properly will not only make an impact on efficiency but also performance. Pick up the gauges it's a small dent considering how much you dropped on the marker. As for tanks, which one are you running? most systems have an LP conversion available and are easily installed.

thanks ill buy the gauges soon, and im using a pure energy 68/45 high pressure tank with a pure enrgy reg.
$15 for the reactor LP conversion kit, works great and is toooo easy to install. I think I got mine from actionvillage. Rock solid at 500 psi.
