LED charging option?

is it possiable for me to charge my led without the charger.

what I was thinking about doing, was just buying a 6 volt charger for like an RC car, and just hooking it up to the LED battery. only downside being having to take out the battery to charge it.

is this fesiable?

Been using this model for a few years now http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=904669 You will need to maker the proper adapters to proper use the charger safely.
