Black, Blue, or Silver

Well, what do you guys think? Personally, I think the silver is pretty ugly, but black and blue are tight. Blue looks kinda foo foo so i'd go with black. Man, what a pointless post :-D

i had the same problem the blue i though looked tight but i have a red fly also and everything else black or red so i went with black

I ordered the blue, and called up smart parts and got a matching tip to go on my ss back. The blue halo would look nice jedrith. So I would day blue with chrome accents will look pretty nice.

would a blue freak tip match the dust blue anno on the speed? i thought the blue tips were glossy... Getting a nice matching barrel was a cosmetic concern of mine

Nope, the tips are kinda dusted. Its like a mix. IfI had the choice, Id go with black or Silver. Cant go blue, already have a blue ir3 and it has.. blue Halo, ss back blue tip and a blue tank cover. mm'mm good. Im getting either a Black to pewter fade Demon or a black-blue fade (same one Rocky has in the pics where hes mid air but on a Demon)

i don't think so...i'm not seeing "kinda dusted, it's like a mix" on my blue tip. it's shiny as hell.

I called smart parts directly and got a blue dust tip ordered. They said they had some, because they knew people would want them for the 2k3 and now the speed. 14 in. aa front in dust blue to match a speed for $50.

i say dust blue!!! i already ordered one actually! silver just doesnt look good on the speed IMO. black is soo badass but i dont wanna pay 950 bucks to get a black marker. i want it to be a lil more flashy. im getting a jt barrel set with black aluminum backs and probably a matching annodized dust blue jt tip, black dye volumizer, and black grips. i was inspired by the dust blue gz timmys!!! also getting a blue halo b w/ TE software! i cannot wait for my damn speed to arrive!!!!

te is is the new software upgrade for the halo. Better board = better feeding. Think of what an x-board does for a revy, or a y-board does for evo2, but much bigger.

im geting black because im not buying to show it of ( J/K of course i am ) but blue stands out on the field so i decided to get black and put a evil pipe on it to have a black to silver fade. and then the angel air is black and silver, so i have those to colors taken care of.

maybe powerlyte is the answer, since they custom anno their tips... don't they? too bad powerlyte barrels are so forking gawdy...

actually, the new powerlyte barrels look pretty sexy, but they only anno them in the colors of their inserts, which means you have like five to choose from, and they are all dust I believe. There is a thread on here somewhere that is titled "freak vs. evil pipe" or somerthing like that, that ends up comparing all the multibore setups, and there is extensive info about the colors and stuff in that thread.

yeah, but is a two color fade really worth all the extra they charge? Look at the 2k3 lcd. All they did was anno it, maybe tossed in an r11 bolt and raised the price sky high. IMO it is not worth it. You can get a gun re-annoed for less than a couple hundred bucks and you can get whatever you want.
