help please

i am trying to install the 2.2 software and it goes thru all the steps and then when i hit the flash button it says runtime error 53 and file not found FWNPPD:dll and now when i disconect my marker there is only amber light on and will not turn on



any help would be great cause i have a tourny tommorow

Click windows start button (bottom left of screen), click search, search in all files folders for fwnppd.dll once located copy into your c:\windows\system32 folder and restart computer. File should be in c:\program Files\Series 1 Flash Utility.

this may be a dumb question but there is no loader speed with the 2.1 or 2.2 settings i just got my a1 so sorry if this is a dumb question

It has been changed it to paint type on the 2.2
