so it leaks when u gas it up.. and stops when u push on breach?...
usually its the opposite.. it would leak when u pushed on the breach
Next time it happens, turn the breech release knob. If the leak stops then it is a good chance the ram is failing.

BoB, Im getting alittle mad about these rams.
Im on my second ram (stock one failed) and i currently have a new one from the factory.
Just the other day i gassed up and it leaked bad. Then i air it up again and it sealed.
Now it leaks for about a second then seals right up. I havnt checked the knob when airing up because the complete leak only happned once ( it leaks then seals up quick now, or at least the past 2 times)
Im not sure what could cause these rams to fail so easily. ( My pressures are all correct 270/57 dwell 6.5) I greased/oiled the shaft oring.
Just alittle anoying.
Bob- allittle advise so these rams last longer......?
I contacted Ken about this a couple of weeks ago and he sent me a warranty replacement.

I have a new A1 and the asa pin seems lodged in place. When I put a bottle on it just leaks, even after the asa knob is completely turned back off the gun. Any thoughts?

Thanks... I pulled the pin out and the asa pin was pretty tight so I had to use something to knock it loose. Works wonders.. Appreciate the help.
I now have 2 A1's to use, my 05 speed, and a 01 Cut and Carved LCD.
