Dead OLED

hey guys,

i guy on my teams OLED is sort of dead. the gun turns on and shoots but its has no display whatso ever. obviously the whole board needs to be replaced unless this is a glitch which can be fixed.

has this happened to anyone else ? thx. im emailing WDP as we speak

Do a search, and ye shall find :)
It happened to mine a while back, sent the board to WDP and got the replacement within a week.

You need the board repaired or replaced.

i emailed WDP but didnt get a reply :( how can this repaired and is it covered under warranty. thank you very much

Since you are outside the US, you will need to email frazer@wdp.tv

It may be best to mail sales@wdp.tv , and get them to forward the mail to frazer.
My first attempt to mail him ended up in the spam-filter.
