The only thing that I have heard about is the new eye cover design that they are working on.

Has the new eye cover design been confirmed? I thought it was just a rumor? Is there an ETA yet?

I don't think it will be metal...most likely the same material...and there will probably also be chrome plated covers too. I think it will be a three-piece design, but I'm clueless as to how it might work.

Right now, it's made of pure Unobtanium, a highly invisible and rare metal.

Dude, that's the stuff Oakley uses on their high end shades--does that mean there's gonna be some kind of partnership?
Man, I gotta be the first to get an Oakley A1!!!

Uh. If you're refering to unobtanium, it's not a real substance. It's a term used by several companies to describe very different objects or material.
An no, when I mentioned unobtanium, I had no intention to make reference to Oakley, or any other company that uses that term. There's a company (can't remember the name) that refers to their watch band as being made of unobtanium also. And also several other companies.
Sorry if I misled anyone; I thought that this would be obvious:)

exerpt from wikipedia article More recently "unobtainium" has come to be used among people who are neither science fiction fans nor engineers, to denote an object that actually exists, but which is very hard to obtain either because of high price or limited availability

No prob:) Just wanted to make absolutely sure.
In any case, I'm sure that it'll still help someone--I can bet that there's someone out there who doesn't.
