does anyone have any idea of what might have pushed my valve forward because im hoping its nothing major.

Uhh...maybe if you give us the situation, and what exactly happened to the valve.

Yeah, what do you mean "pushed forward". And are you talking about your exhuast valve or you solenoid? Your exhause valve is held in place by a pin, so I couldn't imagine what would cause it to be pushed forward.
