Reg pressure

Hey, I have a brand new Ice dust A1 in the mail and i just got a conquest reg for it, I was just wondering what pressure should I set the tank reg to, to have the best performance? Anything else I should do to improve performance?

Safest bet would be to set the tank to 500psi.

The MT's recommend between 450psi and 625psi or so.
