are there alot of problems with them and if not where is the cheapest place to buy one?

i have a brand spankin new 2002 a.i.r. and it really made me made cuz when i got it something was wrong with it out of the box and i had to have it rebuilt before i even played with it. ive had to have it rebuilt twice also. it can be a pain but other than that it is the BEST reg out there
