Air leaking out barrel and bolt is stuck forward.

I was shooting my A4 fly today after I greesed the Ram and LPR. Everything was working fine untill about 200 shots later when I heard a pop and air started leaking out the barrel and the bolt was stuck in the forward position. After degassing it and putting the bolt back I took it apart again but couldn't see any o-ring problems on eaither the ram or lpr. My best guess is that it is the Ram clamp seal.

Any other ideas? Thanks.
