Got extra stems? It sounds as though the valve stem is not seated properly and there is your leak.

OK that sucks. My first AAV leaked into the breech. It was leaking past the small o-ring on the valve stem. Changing or greasing the stem or changing pressures didn't help. I returned the valve to Lucky and they sent me a new valve which does not leak, with the old stem or the new one. Apparently the valve body was machined incorrectly and thus not sealing around the valve stem o-ring.
Good luck, as you pointed out - getting parts from Lucky may not be easy now.

forget the valve. use the AA hammer and the MT valve,

Yeah I checked all the o-rings All good tried both valve stems seems the Edge of the actual valve is just a little off.
So use the Plastic AA Hammer and the MT valve?
What do you recommend for dwell settings and LPR pressure and HPR Pressure? Oh yeah i am using a Virtue Board and a STD industries JDS LPR what do you recommend settings wise?

oh that sounds great. hpr 280, lpr 50 and dwell 9. try that and if your hot or low on velocity just change the hpr accordingly. if the hpr wont get you to where you need to be then adjust the dwell.
