SM-1 Orbium 3 Barrel Kit Question

I've been reading a lot about the SM-1 Orbium 3 Barrel Kit

and was wondering if anyone's had any experience with them and what your opinion was. They claim to quiet your shots down substantially and make almost no noise, which I find hard to believe.

I currently use a 14" Stiffi which I love. But, if I can get the range, accuracy and added quietness on an Orbium, I may just have to try one.

Any thoughts?

I got 2 sets and have used plenty of others setups over time. They are flat out awesome. Quiet as can be with the paint sized to bore properly. I love hearing my hammer ping as you rip strings. Accurate, you bet. Hey I'm sold, your the one buying!

I'll put in my 2 cents. I bought the Orbium 3, used it twice. Wasn't blown away really. Both nights it was real cold, and i had quite a few breaks, no fault of the barrel, but I felt they didn't clean out as well as my two stiffi's. I wonder though if it wasn't due to the cold metal of the barrel congealing the paint once it was broke. Just a theory. I ended up sending it back to exchange for the orbium 2. According to Bob of FMA they are just as quiet, and to me, much simpler. One less level of threads to hassle with, less orings to worry about bla bla. Simpler is better for me. More reliable. Sorry i haven't gotten a chance to get out and play in a few weeks to give you a review of the Orbium 2. Best of luck...
