Flash problem

I get an error when trying to flash to 2.2

COM 20: Not available 8002

any one else get this error and how do I fix it

Try a different USB port on the computer.

Tried all 4 ports that I have and still come up with the same message

Has to do with your computer assigning com ports. recommend uninstalling software, restarting computer and then re-installing exactly has the instructions show. If this does not work, you will need to manual assign a working com port.

I've been having the same problem. Have reinstalled and tried all the USB ports; can you help as to how to manually assign a port to the flash program?
