well like the topic says, tomorrow im getting my used g7, i already read the online manual and some stickies, but i was wondering, since it will come with whatever settings the owner had, if i should put the default settings and then work my own settings from there, so id like to know wich are the default settings, or some good settings you guys advice me to try.
BTW, a silly question but ive never really understood what the dwell does, i know it has to do with the preasure it puts to the bolt or something, but if someone can help me understand this and where to set it, it would be great, thanks in advance.
finally getting in the world of WDP :D

Well first off welcome to AOG, and congrats on your new gun. Now then to reset the factory default settings is easy, and yes I recommend you do that, then reset your setings accourding to how you like them. To reset the settings, press both the yellow and blue buttons at the same time, on the curcit board inside of the grip frame. Now then as for what dewell is, dewell is the amount of time that the selonide opens. When someone says set the dewell for 9, they mean that your selonide will open up for 9 milaseconds allowing air to transfer from your LPR to your ram, operating the ram/hammer making it strike your valve open. The higher the dewell setting, the less tolerant your gun will be to brittle paint, and your gun will be louder, and use more air, and your volicity will be a slight bit higher. The lower the dewell the opposite happens. Now there are two ways to adjust volicity, one is by adjusting the dewell, (Which is not recommended), and the other is through the regulator on the front of the gun (Which is the perfered method). Now to change the dewell settings, you simply press the blue button (I think) until your LCD screen reads dewell setting. Then press the yellow button (I could be backwards on this) to scroll up the settings. Once you find the setting you want, simply leave it. Hopes this helps you out.

Dewell @ 9
LPR @ 65psi
Those are the most important ones.

No you can't check the LPR pressure on the LCD. You need to remove the end cap on the left hand side on the gun, exposing the LPR, and then replace the end cap with a pressure gauge to measure the LPR.
