LPR adjustment

Ok, I've been seeing some conflicting posts regarding setting the LPR pressure for an A4 Fly.

On FMA, I've seen minireg 300, LPR 55-65.
The setup sticky at the top of this page says minireg 190, LPR 55.
I've also seen a recommendation of minireg 200, LPR 70.

Which is the best starting point? I've got an A4 Fly with a CP reg and the large volly.

Lpr=55-65 (depending if the gun is broken in)
Reg- You should be able to shoot your fly in the 200's since you have a large volly.
I would say start at 225 and see what your at at the crono.

In setting the LPR to the pressure you suggest, should I have the reg at 350 as indicated in the manual, set the LPR pressure, then drop the reg pressure down, or should the LPR be set with the reg at 200-225 psi?
