well i milled the breech out today and in the end which is about 5mins ago it all turned out great. So i got into the machine shop found the 1/4 milling tool and started preping everything while the thought of if i mess this up i have to buy a new gun runing through my mind. so i wraped it up in some paper towel to protect the sides from the clamp got on center line and started going at it. i had gotten one hole through the top and was bringing it along the top. i stop just to check everything and noticed that the worst had happened which was yes of course it was bending the breech in half along the grove for the peg one the bolt to travel through. som i took it out and decided to keep going with it instead of going straight through i started taking off small layers off the top and got through for another hole on the thiner side. i decided to stop there cause i didnt want it to bend any more and it ended up that the first hole at the end is in the shape of an A like the angel logos. so i got home at around 3 and started on the ten hour project ahead of me. first i tryed prying the breech back to get the bend out. but then i thought why not just bore out the inside till the bolt fits back in so i did i spent about 7 hours with the dremel boring it out and polishing it till the bolt fit smoothly in side. after all that i thought i was done a the problem was solved right...wrong. after puting the breech rods back in noticed that the whole breech was off line with the ball breech by about 1/2in. so i got the dremel and went back to work on shaving off layers where the breech hangs over the right side of the tube with the ram and all. so i went at that for about three hours finaly i got it done and its 2:30 in the morning right now in michigan but i got it all in and line up. i plan on having a video up this weekend up it. The only thing now is when you get hit on the breech, all that paint will be getting inside your marker.

Nice work, riskier than I'd ever think of doing. So are you doing this for a unique look, or to take some weight off?

both i didnt have a chance to do a before and after wieght but after using the dremel i found about a table spoon for shavings of the ground. but it feels alot lighter. im thinking of geting it annoed liquide white the get the pic thats on my avater tatooed over the top and sides of the gun. im gonna try to get a video up today or tomrrow.
but yeah it sure was risky. i just have to do a little more polishing on the part of the breeech that hangs over that tube. sadly when i was using that dremel it caught the end of the breech and scratched the side easily fixed but its 2 in the morning slow reaction u know. but still not bad for a 17 year old kid.lol

thanks its still hard to comprehend how i got it to fit right after it bending so much. so much that the bolt would not fit in and it would not line up with the ball breech that was scary but its almost totaly even i might take a little more of under it to make it perfect. but like i seid before after boring the inside of the breech out i found about a tablespoon of shavings. its way lighter than before. just wish i could have gotten a before and after weight. maybe one of the mts or wdp can tell me how much the stock breech weighs.

The only thing now is when you get hit on the breech, all that paint will be getting inside your marker.

what i would like to do is find a clear plastic tube of the right bore size then turn it down till its thin enough for the bolt to slide through. i even that of making go from the back of the breech to the barrel then drill holes for the eyes detents and obviously a place for the ball to drop in but i'll have to do a little more reserch. but if i take it back in on monday im gonna cut the slts on the sides too and i have already thought of a way to prevent if from bending.

hey dodge nice A hole joke lol

Video shows that the marker still shoots great, which is good. But it doesn't show how the marker looks while you're shooting, which is not so good. Get us one of those please. (preferably with your camera mounted to something stationary so we get a solid, clear, non-moving vid)
