Looking for a Valve Stem

Still working on my girlfriend's IR3 Fly and I need a Valve Stem.

For some reason the previous owner had a larger diameter valve stem and had the valve guide in backwards and the valve stem in front of the hammer.

Hope someone here knows what size I need and hopefully has one. Once again I have PayPal.
