Hey guys, I would like to do my own maintenance on my G7 Fly rather than take it down to a MT every time I go out to splat some paint. Can anyone point me in the right direction to not only purchase the parts/greese I need but to also give me some tips on how much of the gun do I actually need to take apart and where to greese, etc...?
Thanks!
2 drops of oil (synthetic only) exhaust valve (the small hole when you open the breech) although the MT's dont reccomend 2 in the asa (clogs up the reg) every time you play i do it anyway on both guns it always works for me.As far a greasing the gun about every 20,000 shots but it will usualy last longer but if you go over that just start there first before changing out any parts. The exaust valve is is a consumable part every 70,000 shots on the IR3 dont have that many on the Fly yet so not sure how long the on it will last. If it leaks it either needs grease or an o-ring. be very careful with the eye ribbon when cleaning and don trap any wires when putting it back together. Hope this helps.

also check the manual. it has a very comprehensive breakdown on the marker. this will help guide you through a routine maintinence process. once you do it once or twice youll "fly" through it.

All the advice given is on target. Use good tools and get the gauges for setting your pressures properly. If you take care of it it will work when you need it to.

Will Eclipse oil work. It is synthetic. Just wondering if anyone has used it??
As long as it is synthetic it is ok.

Easy. Lower your dwell to 9 ms & use a low pressure tank.
